Due to health issues I was very nervous about having oral surgery 8/31/26, but Dr. Chambers & Kelly & Kourtney listened to my concerns and were very understanding and kind to me. They never forgot that I was a person. All 3 of them were very professional by truthfully explaining everything to me. I'm thankful to be able to report that this ordeal wasn't as bad as I had feared, and my recovery is going well. I know now that I can trust this team to do an excellent job. On Arriving ….Kelly was calming and assuring! And gave great instructions when leaving! Dr Chambers was great! He eased my fears and kept me informed on what he was doing…also called to check on my status later in the day…much appreciated!!! Both Kelly and Dr. Chambers made (a traumatic experience for me) easier than I anticipated! Thank You!!!

You cannot get better care than this office! Dr Chambers was wonderful every step of the way. He made sure everything was good with my bf every step of the way. Not only was he thorough and informative with us both but he also checked in every step of the way on surgery day. If you have any thoughts on getting anything done, I’d say you are in the right place. Thank you so much for giving him the care and helping him through a journey that could have been so difficult. We are so grateful!!

I have never been here before, and I must say this is a wonderful and caring practice. I needed a tooth pulled that was causing alot of pain for quite some time. Dr. Heise explained everything, had a calm demeanor.. and the tooth extraction was super quick and completely painless. I went in being nervous but with now seeing the great care, it's easy to go back if I need any other tooth assistance. His assistant Zurma was very nice, professional and made you feel comfortable as soon as you are in the room, and Kelly who also gave great support with Dr. Heise. I would recommend Conestoga to anyone!

Highly recommend Dr. Chambers and Kelly! They are professional, caring, kind and know their stuff! Was super impressed with the whole experience having my tooth extracted. Dr. Chambers called later that afternoon to check in and received a call the next day with another check up as well, just going above and beyond to make sure you're ok after your procedure speaks volume and I appreciate them for that! 10/10 would recommend!
